António Dantas (Funchal, Madeira, 1954) is a prominent Portuguese visual artist, widely recognized as one of the driving forces behind Portuguese Experimental Poetry and a pioneer of technological art in Portugal. His artistic practice extends to innovative fields such as electrography (or copy art), mail art (mail art), visual poetry, and video art.
